Janine & X have worked hard on building their relationship over the years. Often over long distance, they understand what is important to them both. This became the main theme of their Montrose Berry Farm wedding.
The focus was not just them, but having a celebration with all of their family and friends. An occasion where everyone they love dearly would all be in the one place, celebrating and enjoying each others company. How often does that really happen?
They tied this theme with every aspect of the day, and they totally nailed it. Montrose Berry Farm was setup with different stations for all of the guests to visit as they made their way down to the ceremony spot. Each station was designed to create a message and a memory for Janine & Trynt to have of them from the wedding day. Little did they know the planning extended to the events after the ceremony too.
We started the day with the usual preps, before a first look in the beautiful Montrose Berry Farm gardens. After the first look we captured some bridal photos, before Janine hid away as the guests started to arrive. A comical moment as Janine’s dad lead them down the side of the ceremony, rather than the aisle.
One heartfelt ceremony later and the games were to begin. From wedding cricket, three legged races and the ‘guess who’ challenge. This Montrose Berry Farm Wedding was full of laughter and games until the sun went down. A communal feast with everyone sharing beautifully prepared and presented share platters. It was a night of close knit conversations, wild dance floor action and a very intimate atmosphere.
