It has taken me far too long to share Kristy & Joe and their Kirribilli engagement session. Having both moved down to Sydney from Queensland for work, they now call Sydney home. They wanted to incorporate some of what their new city means for them and explore some new areas. I have a few ideas up my sleeves normally for a shoot, but actually make a pretty good tour guide. We started off by shooting at Lavender Bay before doing a return walk over to Kirribilli for the sunset. I really enjoyed getting to know these two, they have a great sense of humour and I think I just laughed most of the afternoon (which you know.. I try to avoid.. camera shake). I look forward to the wedding where they plan to REALLY show off everything Sydney has to offer in October this year.
Kirribilli Engagement
Engagement sessions are a lot of fun, a great way to get used to being in front of the camera and it is hard to beat spending an afternoon outdoors. We simply choose a spot, either with a hidden meaning for you or one that suits the look/style you are after and wander around chatting and shooting.
